Dick & Barbara (& Batgirl-doll) from Nightwing #53
Dick is likely Kalderash, since Yoska probably is and thinks he’s Dick’s grandfather.
Note that Bruce literally makes a “your people” comment here.
And note also that Barbara all but says “Dick, you are a grown-ass man.”

Lest you forget that, even in the direst of times, Babs is a massive smartass.

babs thinks she’s dying so she goes on some ~last wish business~ before checking into the jsa for surgery
bruce drops in for a late night visit and finds her asleep, so he tucks a loose strand of hair behind her ear, kisses her forehead and leaves
(bruce’s girls bring out an quiet tenderness in him that i love; people tend to overwhelmingly focus on his relationships with the robins, which is fine, but his wonderful relationships with barbara and cass tend to get sidelined, which is unfortunate given their unique dynamic)

Once banned from the world of mainstream comic books by the infamous Comics Code Authority, LGBT characters now have a stronger presence in the world of superhero comics than ever before, with gay and lesbian heroes like Batwoman, Northstar and Green Lantern Alan Scott openly declaring who they are — and even getting married.
Today, DC Comics told Wired that it will continue to expand the LGBT diversity of its superhero universe by introducing the first openly transgender character in a mainstream superhero comic.

My reply to the fucking morons on this article talking about how “unnatural” and “abnormal” etc this trans!woman is:
“Because shunning unnatural things is human behavior, like for instance, how we shun electricity as a power source, and iphones, and evil autmobiles, and video games, and skyscrapers. You are shunning all those things right? Of course you are, because anything perceived as “unnatural” is evil, so I expect you’re walking about butt naked and living in a cave.”I politely invite any bigoted, trans-phobic moron who thinks that Batgirl featuring a transgender woman in the cast is in any way a bad thing or that transgender people are ‘Abnormal’ or ‘unnatural’ to go wrap their opinions in sandpaper and then shove them up their ass repeatedly

Sci-fi Babs is more oracle-y than batgirl-y, but I don’t know whether it really makes sense for her to be wheelchair-bound on account of future stuff and technology stuff and medical progress stuff and whatnot.
So I just drew her beautiful face.
Headcanon: sci-fi Babs has a metal spine to replace her real, damaged one.
It’s useful (for obvious reasons) but also kinda a weakness since if an enemy short-circuited it, she’d be at more of a disadvantage.
