To Anyone Who Was Disappointed by the “Personal Demons” Part of the Teen Titans Trigon Arc…(#gracie-geek and anyone else)
I give you the New Teen Titans version of those scenes (#gracie-geek along with anyone else). Like I said before, I still enjoyed what we got and felt that it did give us at least some good character development (also, I LOVED the part where they defeat each other’s personal demons and that does not happen here. It shows that you can’t go through life alone and fight all of your battles by yourself and that you gotta have friends. It was a beautiful metaphor about how close the Titans are and how much they trust each other. They let each other see their personal demons) but this took the psychological drama way, way further and I love what they did with each one of these characters.

Ooooh, this is cool. Thought you’re right — I did like how they helped each other to defeat their personal demons in the cartoon. Still, psychological issues and angst FTW!

#1169. Beast Boy
In the comics, Garfield Logan is the civilian identity to the hero Beast Boy. However, the Earth-16 reincarnation of Beast Boys has a different backstory from his comic self: in the comics, Garfield contracted the rare illness Sakutia and was cured by a serum from a green monkey, which turned his skin and hair green and gave him the ability to shape-shift; whereas in the Young Justice universe, it’s most likely that M’gann will be the reason behind his shape-shifting ability and most likely result in him gaining green characteristics, for his eyes change from blue to green after receiving a blood transfusion from M’gann’s shape-shifted blood cells.

Yay for the internet! I’ve been wanting to read this issue for AGES.
Cheerful Robin and Cy’s bear hugs and brother-sister Cy-Star moment and that bit where Robin sweeps Starfire into his arms. My heart.
I still don’t know why they magically switched costumes too. I understand that it helps to avoid the situation where Cy suddenly doesn’t have cybernetics to cover up the parts he didn’t need to wear clothes to cover…
And then this freaky bit:
